AGREEMENT FOR BLOG WRITING SERVICE
This Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on the date of acceptance by the Customer (the "Effective Date") by and between The Bookkeepers Alliance Ltd, (the "Service Provider") and You (the "Customer").
Service.
The Service Provider shall provide the Customer with two (2) 700-word blog each month based on the Customer's criteria and agreed-upon titles (the "Service") and accompanying graphics . The Service shall be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Term.
This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue on a monthly basis until it is cancelled by either the Service Provider or the Customer. No notice period is required by either party.
Payment.
The Customer shall pay the Service Provider the sum of £40 per month for the Service. Payment shall be due monthly in advance.
Ownership.
The Service Provider shall retain all ownership rights in and to the blog content provided to the Customer under this Agreement. The Customer shall have the right to use the blog content for its own business purposes, but shall not have the right to sell, license, or otherwise distribute the blog content to any third party.
Confidentiality.
The Service Provider shall keep all information provided by the Customer confidential and shall not disclose any such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Customer.
Termination.
This Agreement may be terminated by either party. Upon termination, the Service Provider shall promptly return all confidential information provided by the Customer.
